Base Fee:  $10

Per Minute: $1.00 (Ride Time)

Flat Rates for Long Distance (Airport Rides, Business Trips)

Kerrville (area) to San Antonio: 

*(Airport, Downtown/Central):  One-way or Round Trip $125

To Austin:

*(Airport, Downtown/Central):  One-Way or Round Trip $250   

To Fredericksburg:  $60

To Boerne:  $60

To Dallas/Ft. Worth:  $500

To Houston:  $450

Block Time Bookings   (3 hour Minimum)

*Special Events, Weddings, Executive Hourly Service. $75

*Per Minute $1.25 if goes over the block time

Includes complimentary water, WIFI, clean premium vehicle, phone chargers, and flexible route.

Driver Policies

✅ Deposit for Long-Distance Pickups

Yes, we charge a deposit upfront of 50%.
For long-distance pickups, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. No-shows (more than 15 minutes late without notice) will result in the loss of the deposit. Thank you for respecting our time and service.

🚫 No-Show Policy

"If the customer is not present within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time and no communication has been made, the ride will be considered a no-show and the deposit will be forfeited."

For local pickups (short-distance), you might not require a deposit, but still enforce a no-show fee if you’ve already driven out.
